What we do is keep track of the houses/spaces hosting shows, articulate the distinctions between different spots and neighborhoods, and maintain ways to contact the folks doing the booking. If you're a band looking to play an absurdly enjoyable show in Burlington, hit us up and we'll put you in touch with the right people. If you're already throwing shows up here, tell us who you are and get on the map!
What we don't do is post any info that could make anybody's lives more difficult. If you're a house venue, we'll never give a more specific location than your neighborhood (arbitrarily defined as either the North End, Midtown, the South End, or Up the Hill) unless you explicitly say you want that info posted. We also won't ever give out contact info without your permission, ensuring that we are the only ones inundated with emails. In general, this means we don't actually book shows, we just do our best to help the right artists get in touch with the right venues, and the rest will sail all the smoother from there.
